Vote To Overturn CA 'Transgender School Agenda' Falls Short - Program Is Full Speed Ahead Now

Follow up on: Repeal Of CA Transgender-Law Moves Forward Jan. 8; Transgender Group Predicts Repeal Effort Will Fail 1-8-14 "A "random sample" returned a "projected" number of valid signatures to be 482,582. That is enough to continue the signature validation process to the next step of a full count, which is where it stands now, but, if that were to be the final number it would not be enough to pass the measure. 619,000 signatures collected, 504,000 needed for validation...First question that comes to mind is who is doing the 'validating'? California is only the first state. The agenda is global. The "Transgender Law Center" says that they do not expect the effort for the referendum to succeed. February 24th will tell the tale...

Foes of California's 'Transgender Rights' Law Fall Short of Signatures Needed for Repeal Attempt

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Opponents of a new California law that provides transgender students certain rights in public schools have failed to gather enough voter signatures to place a referendum to repeal the law on the November ballot. At least 504,760 signatures were required to force a public vote on the statute approved by the California Legislature and signed by Gov. Jerry Brown last year. The law's opponents submitted 619,387, but county election officers determined that just 487,484 of them were valid, according to a final count posted on the secretary of state's website Monday.

If the referendum had made the ballot, the law would have been put on hold until after the election as its supporters and opponents mounted a campaign that promised to be as bitterly fought as the one over Proposition 8, the 2008 constitutional amendment that banned same-sex marriage in California until last year. Karen England of the Privacy for All Students coalition said the proposed referendum's backers are not conceding defeat yet.

"We are preparing for the next stage of the battle," England said in a statement. "After months of waiting, we now get to see why so many signatures were thrown out. Certainly some signers were not registered to vote or had moved without changing their address. But it is also certain that many of those signatures were rejected based on reasons that will not survive a legal challenge."

California is the first state to detail the rights of transgender students in schools by statute. Some school districts around California, as well as the education departments in Massachusetts and Connecticut, have implemented similar policies by regulation.

Surprised that enough votes would be 'thrown out' to where the count would fall 'a little' short? Not in the least. The program to create a docile subservient slave class to manage planet earth with is heavily dependent on the overall success of the genderless agenda. As most know, Facebook recently came out with more than 50 gender-identity classifications. That absurdity makes it very clear that 'genderlessness' is exactly what they, the would-be global slave masters, are trying to do. With California the first state to actually now force the 'transgender' aspect of the plan into the schools where they can now go full bore at the children 'by law', it's obvious that there is no way the political powerbrokers behind the scenes would allow any other outcome than what is now seen.

A homogenized mass of easily-controlled mindless drones to enslave is what they are after - and the now 'legalized' transgendering of California is just a start. All the earth is next.

Don't be droned!
